he only talk about a divorce once or twice but have no paper that i seen when i ask he told me they are in this laptop

Go see a lawyer…he abandoned you, and will probably have to pay for all of it.

You need to get on with your life. Waiting around for him doesn’t seem to be working for you. Don’t sign any papers until you get legal help. You want to be sure the children are protected and supported.

srry, but to tell you the truth i think he abandoned you or will come back and file for divorce (thats what happened to my parents long time ago)

Sorry but if your husband has not come home yet he will likly not come home. You could be better set up to start the divorce process. You could come out better if you start it.

Sorry sounds like he has abandoned you and your kids. Start looking at life as a single mom and move on for yourself and your children.

Look mom you are going to get a divorce.
You two haven’t gotten along for as long as I can remember. THe next time you post a question you should tell the people more of the truth instead of trying to seem like a victim. 2 of your “kids” are not kids anymore, we are 21 and 19. Troy is 7 and is doing perfectly fine with everything. You need to just see how positive this all can be and stop making everything negative for my other two siblings. He just wants everyone to be truly happy in the end but if you keep acting out negatively like you have been doing then that will never happen. You need to accept things and move on so everyone can be happy.
he didn’t just up and leave you, this has been in the process for a long while and you know that. I know you will probly get mad at me for writing this, but your always mad at me anyway so it doesn’t really make a difference.
